What began as a small commissary kitchen making tartar sauce and coleslaw for a handful of Joey’s locations quickly evolved. Recognizing the need for a reliable supply of proprietary ingredients, Joey’s expanded its operations. Under the leadership of President Tom Grande, Teja Foods has grown exponentially, adding new products, acquiring like-minded businesses, and building a reputation for quality and innovation.
